Fujifilm has added the new J150w to its recently launched J-series digital camera line. This budget-friendly point-and-shoot features a compact metal chassis in matte black or brushed silver finish and with a thickness of just 22.6mm, users would certainly have no problem carrying this camera around. The Finepix J150w boasts of noteable features including a 10-megapixel CCD sensor, a 3-inch LCD, 5x wide-angle optical zoom lens, face detection and automatic red eye removal. It also features various shooting parameters such as picture stabilization mode for anti-blur protection, 13 pre-programmed scene modes and a movie mode for capturing video clips at 30fps with sound. ars technica took a look at Flickr’s list of cameras most used to submit photos and found that the iphone overtook the Nokia N95 cameraphone in the list. The Nokia N95 has an amazing 5 megapixel digital camera. The iPhone, by comparison, has a 2 megapixel camera built into it.

It’s no secret to say that Microsoft’s Zune has no hope of becoming an iPod killer. The player has been out for two years now, and hasn’t been too popular. Even the popular “social” features that looked to be so innovative aren’t being used by the people that buy the Zune. There’s just nobody else to “join the social” with. Microsoft isn’t sitting back and letting Apple pummel them, though.

Following in the growing strategy of niche-seeking companies offering Linux-based products, Cirgon’s Encore supports 1080i HD resolution and features 320GB, 500GB, and 750GB hard drive options. Its Fedora-Linux OS is tasked with managing music, photo, and video, but will also come with a simple graphic design (see below). Sony has a brand new SxS Card that comes with 32GB of storage space, allowing you another option to store all your favorite digital memories. This SxS Pro memory card is able to transfer data at incredible speeds of up to 800Mbps, but that speed comes at a price of $1,500. 32GB is able to store approximately 100 minutes’ worth of full High Definition video and is able to withstand a wide range of abuse and shock, although that doesn’t mean you should take things for granted and drive your car over it in a stress test.
