Soul Caliber 4 Vader video released

Soul Caliber 4 Vader video released
Namco has released gameplay footage of Soul Caliber 4 showing Darth Vader, who will be a playable guest character on the PS3 version of the game, due for release on July 29. Vader looks big and menacing in this trailer, just as he should. The video gives gamers a taste of what his fighting style will look like, as well as showing off some force powers. Kenneth’s Opinion: It’s obviously a huge coup for Sony to score Vader as an exclusive playable character as opposed to Microsoft getting Yoda. Yoda is cool and all, but with both consoles at my disposal, I’ll certainly choose the version with the Sith Lord. (Read the full post about ‘Soul Caliber 4 Vader video released’…)

The Rotating Alarm Clock for the iPod Touch

The Rotating Alarm Clock for the iPod Touch
I tend to chuckle a little when I see a new iPod accessory, because there is such an overabundance of all different types of them.  Any new one that comes out really has to do something different to stand out from the rest.  Some prefer to do so with extremely high quality sound and others decide to go for a design that just looks a bit different from the rest.  This Rotating Alarm Clock works for all those with the fancy new ipod Touch or iphone.  However, don’t worry, the alarm clock allows for you to plug in other devices as well, it just won’t sit on the dock like the iPod Touch does. Samsung’s Instinct to require the Sprint Everything plan, with SDK coming
Although we have previously learned that the Samsung Instinct will launch with Sprint on June 20, there has not been any announcement regarding the price, however at a recent live Webinar we were told that it will be “comparable with others in its class.” As far as the plan, the Instinct will require the Sprint Everything pricing plan which starts at $69.99 for 450 minutes and goes up to $99.99 for unlimited minutes. All of the Everything plans include unlimited messaging and data. The reasoning behind this rule is, according to Dan Hesse, the CEO of Sprint they want you to be able to “use your phone for all the great things it can do without worrying about the meter running.” Makes perfect sense to us. Adobe formally enters the online office suite market
Adobe has officially launched its new web-based office application suite available in beta at adobe.com. The web tool is kind of like a combination of both Google Docs and Microsoft’s Office applications. Adobe offers up a word processor called Buzzword, a web conferencing application called ConnectNow, file sharing, an online desktop solution and of course an online PDF creator which is a scaled-down version of Adobe Acrobat. The PDF creator allows users to convert up to 5 files only. So, it pretty much serve as an appetizer to Adobe’s proprietary Acrobat software. In brief let us walk you through the different web applications that Adobe.com is offering. (Read the full post about ‘Adobe formally enters the online office suite market’…)

Spain to get 3G iPhone
Ole! The Spanish will be getting their 3G iphone courtesy of Telefónica’s Movistar, although there has been no official date yet. Gizmodo claims that June 18 is the most likely date, and I would love to get my hands on their palantir. Hopefully by then Spain would have shrugged off the tag of perennial underachievers in Euro 2008 by beating Greece on that day and advancing to the quarter finals. More info from Verizon
Verizon has released even more details on the upcoming Samsung i770 as well as the Palm Treo 800w, where the latter will be arriving in Q3 2008. Good to know that the Samsung i770 will support GSM radio for globetrotters. You can tell by the image above that the Samsung i770’s design is not yet finalized, thanks to a large phrase, all in caps, screaming “ID NOT FINAL.” Hopefully the released product will be much more pleasing to the eye than this.
