Microsoft had created special red Zune 80’s specifically meant for Valentine’s day and may have underestimated the popularity of these red Zunes, it turns out they do not have enough on hand to get them to you by Valentine’s day. A user at Ihaveazune, reportedly got an email from Microsoft saying that he will not be able to get his Zune by the 14th. They plan to ship it soon but as compensation, he will receive a full refund and still get the Zune. Below is the email he received: “We wanted to provide you with an update on your order status. Due to some issues in our fulfillment center there remains a chance we will miss getting your Zune to you by February 14th. Cell Phones don’t cause Cancer
While the headline may seem familiar it seems that the latest study in Japan that suggests that cell phones are not a brain cancer risk, is the first to look at the effects of hand set radiation levels on different parts of the brain. The study was conducted by the Tokyo Women’s Medical University and found “no increased risk of the three main types of brain cancer among regular mobile phone users.” The study compared 322 brain cancer patients and 683 healthy people, where the cancer victims had one of the three most common types of brain tumor , namely glioma, meningioma or pituitary adenoma. Melbourne restaurant Attica serves up a number of exquisite dishes with “fresh smoke” courtesy of a piece of equipment that is usually the domain of teenage stoner misfits. A battery-powered bong is used to draw smoke from burning cedar and hickory chips into a plastic bag with food. The plastic bag is then sealed and placed in the refrigerator for a period of about twenty minutes. Fresh smoke is trapped in a stemless wine glass which is placed over the food for serving.
